How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are Mochi Foods products gluten-free?

Many of our products are naturally gluten-free as they are made from sweet rice flour, but please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.

For the best texture, store your mochi in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 2 days or sealing it in an airtight container.
